When you arrive, we begin by taking time to slow down, ground into the space, and check in with one another to see what you would like to learn from our time together.
This first part of the session is about creating emotional safety, trust, and understanding what is currently happening for you in your life, body, relationships, or sexuality.
Together, we discuss what you would like to explore, learn, or gain from our time together. You are welcome to share any curiosities, concerns, boundaries, fears, or desires without judgment. This allows the session to be shaped around your individual needs, comfort levels, and intentions.
Once we have checked in together, I may offer a range of somatic and body-based practices that could support your personal learning and self-awareness. These may include grounding practices, breath-work, nervous system support, movement, communication exercises, body awareness, meditation, or guided touch practices, depending on what feels most relevant for you.
This work is always collaborative. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and are always free to say yes to practices that feel supportive for you, and no to others that may not feel aligned or comfortable.

What happens in a session
This work is always collaborative. You are encouraged to move at your own pace and are always free to say yes to practices that feel supportive for you, and no to others that may not feel aligned or comfortable.

During your session, we work together to explore practices that support you feel more grounded, connected, and open within yourself and in your relationships.

At the end of the session, I may suggest simple practices or reflections you may continue in your own time to support integration, growth, and a richer connection to yourself.
No matter the session style, our time together is always a collaborative experience designed to support your specific learning objectives, keep you safer in your body, connect you emotionally, and make you more open in how you relate to yourself and others.
Hello
What is somatic sexology
Somatic sexology is the meeting of somatics (focusing awareness through the body), with sexology (the scientific study of human sexuality).
It is the merging of practices from time-tested traditions such as yoga, meditation and tantra, with cutting edge research in neuroscience, psychology and somatic learning theory.
Somatic sexology develops ‘embodiment’, which is deeper presence, awareness and understanding of what is going on in your body and in sex. Embodiment releases body-mind restrictions that inhibit pleasure, and allows space for greater growth, choice and play.
